The Job: We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Business Analyst . The Business Analyst will join a growing team that believes in investing in its people. This position will act as the key interface between the users and the project manager. They will gather information, document processes, and confirm final documents with users. What You Will Be Doing As A Business Analyst : Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems Perform requirement analysis Document and communicate the results of your work Use effective communication to share your insights and plans with cross-functional team members and management Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports Our Ideal Business Analyst Candidate Has: Office software acumen - comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases Relationship building - establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing a constructive and cooperative working rapport Organizing and planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner Complex problem-solving - identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Discretion - act with prudence and circumspection, especially in the handling of confidential and private documents/data.
