Part-Time Private Chef – Beverly Hills Estate
Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation:

• $50/hour for grocery shopping & ingredient sourcing
• $60/hour for dinner party execution

Start Date: March 1st, 2024 ( Trial dinners in February )

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, trend-savvy private chef to execute two high-end dinner parties per week at an estate in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contemporary Los Angeles/American cuisine with the ability to incorporate Asian, Latin American, and Mediterranean influences into their dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally source the best, freshest ingredients from top local markets.
• Prepare and serve beautifully plated, Instagram-worthy meals.
• Cook on-premise in a state-of-the-art kitchen for high-profile guests.
• Maintain a complete kitchen inventory and ensure proper ingredient stock.
• Adapt menus to seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
• Ensure that each dish not only looks stunning but tastes incredible.

Qualifications:

• Michelin experience preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of restaurant experience (lead line cook, Jr. sous, or sous chef preferred).
• 2+ years of private chef experience.
• Works well in a high-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Strong knowledge of the LA dining scene & culinary trends.
• High scheduling flexibility to accommodate events.
• Must have a car and reside in the greater Los Angeles area .
