JOB SUMMARY:

UPS Industrial Services is searching for Traveling Field Timekeepers who are interested in joining our team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working onsite in a petrochemical industry performing timekeeping duties using Track software.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Responsible for billing of cost and cost tracking.
• Allocate billable costs into client’s system.
• Print and distribute daily timesheets to personnel on-site, as necessary.
• Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
• Record data from timesheets into Payroll system and obtain necessary approval before processing.
• Run payroll report and balance payroll accordingly.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related previous errors.
• Must have their own transportation to and from job site.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Must be willing and able to travel to various jobsites across the US.

Required Education:

• High School or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• 2 years of experience in a Timekeeper position.
• Experience in an Oil and Gas or Construction environment.
• Experience with Track software.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and accountability skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to use discretionary authority while working.
• Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other employees.
• Must be willing to work for extended hours and willing to work over their scheduled shift, if required.
• Able to work days or nights and weekends.
• Must possess excellent computer skills including all MS Suite applications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Be a team player and assist coworkers as needed.
• Experience with Recruiting, Dispatching, and Procurement a plus.
