Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator specializing in nursing to join our team at Quick Med Staffing in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate care for patients, ensuring all necessary medical services are provided.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff to create and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their care.

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing School (RN) with a current Georgia RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, utilization review, or social services.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately at an approximate rate of 40-45 words per minute.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Three years' experience in case management, social services, or a related field.
