The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as extensive experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Research and analyze tax issues to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax laws
Work closely with internal teams to provide guidance on tax implications of business activities and transactions
Assist in responding to tax authorities’ inquiries and audits
Provide support and guidance to junior team members
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred
5+ years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
