Job Description

As the fastest growing, highest-performing charter school network in New York State, Success Academy is reimagining K-12 public education. Nationally recognized for our innovative, whole-child school model and outstanding academic results, Success Academy educators are empowering children from all backgrounds with the knowledge, skills, and self-belief to succeed in college and in life. We now need a results-driven Senior Specialist, Content Publication & Delivery to join our Schooling team.

This role will work cross functionally across departments to ensure quality, process improvement, and optimized reporting for our content and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Workflow management

• Ticket Resolution

• Reporting & data analysis

• Process improvement

• Vendor management & troubleshooting

A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of relevant work experience

• Project management or project analysis experience highly preferred

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
