SOFTWARE ENGINEER | CLOUD TECH STARTUP | HYBRID SAN JOSE | UP TO $220K + EQUITY

Realm is working with an innovative Series D CNCF start-up. They are a cloud infrastructure company focused on streamlining enterprise private cloud solutions.

What we're looking for:

A skilled Software Engineer with a solid foundation in computer science, expertise in cloud-native technologies, and a drive to build high-performance, scalable systems.

We are hiring for junior-mid, as well as senior-staff level engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and enhance cloud-native services within the Kubernetes ecosystem
• Work closely with the team to shape and execute product development plans
• Manage cloud infrastructure deployments, troubleshooting issues as needed Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability continuously

Requirements:

• (Junior-Mid Level): 1-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience | (Mid-Staff Level): 5-10 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang (preferred)
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix and distributed computing systems
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with OpenStack/DevStack is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Interview Process: 4 stages
