Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated Consultation Specialist to join our fully remote sales team. In the Consultation Specialist role with TRT Kingdom, you will work directly with customers on their initial consult. You will help the customers understand how TRT Kingdom can improve their lives. You’ll learn about each potential customer, listen to their concerns and goals, educate them on our treatment options, and nurture them through the onboarding process to convert them to a recurring member.

Responsibility 1: Complete Customer Consultations
● Consult with customers to understand their treatment needs, provide personalized solutions, and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their needs.
● Gain customer commitment for the next step, which is the physician consultation.
● Explain the treatment plan & product offerings effectively offered by Premier effectively; resulting in new customer sign ups
Responsibility 2: Manage the Lead Pipeline
● Manage sales pipelines effectively using tools to track leads, update statuses, and prioritize follow-up activities to move prospects through the new customer process.
● Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to maintain engagement and interest.
● Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with leads, including notes on conversations, follow-up actions, and any relevant details for future reference.
● Provide feedback to management regarding lead response patterns, effectiveness of follow-up strategies, and opportunities for improvement in the lead management process.
Responsibility 3: Continuous Learning
● Regularly research and study the latest developments and trends in hormone health, wellness, and related treatment options.
● Continuously familiarize yourself with all of TRT Kingdom's treatments and offerings, including their features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
● Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
● Regularly read industry publications, blogs, and newsletters to stay updated on the latest research findings, case studies, and expert opinions related to hormone health and wellness.
