Our client, a leading provider in workforce solutions, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential services to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Marquette, Michigan

Pay Range: $15.00 per Hour

What's the Job?

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments as necessary.
• Organize paperwork, including stapling tax returns.
• Maintain an orderly filing system by alphabetizing items effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients both via phone and in person.
• Support the team during the busy tax season.

What's Needed?

• Availability for a temporary position from February 26th to mid-April.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• No prior experience required; a great opportunity for those looking to enhance their resume.
