Job Description

Location: Remote (Virtual U.S. Immigration Law Firm)
Position: Full-Time | Part-Time
Are you passionate about immigration law and have prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar role? We are looking for a Reception/Intake Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S. immigration services to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Who You Are
You have worked in immigration law (paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, etc.).
You understand the intricacies of immigration services and can confidently guide clients through initial conversations.
You are organized, professional, and thrive in client-facing roles.
What You'll Do
Answer and manage incoming calls from potential clients.
Conduct initial intake calls – gather relevant details about client cases with empathy and precision.
Schedule consultations with the sales team based on intake insights.
Serve as the firm's frontline representative, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
