What We're Looking For:
Experience in financial services is not required - we'll train you! However, if you have experience in any of the following areas, it could help you move quickly in the role:
Leadership or managerial experience
Public speaking
Customer service
Sales
Banking
Accounting or finance software
Entrepreneurship
What You'll Be Doing:
As a financial professional, you'll be helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
Helping clients protect assets and build legacies
Offering solutions such as debt management, estate planning, and index strategies
Working with a legal team for estate planning
You'll be compensated on a 1099, performance-based model, which means your earnings are tied directly to your success.
Key Details:
Part-Time (6-15 hours per week, depending on your schedule)
Lead Generation: We provide hot, warm, and cold leads and partner with a reliable lead-generation tool.
Remote Work: All interactions will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
Support: You'll be paired with an experienced field trainer to guide you through the early stages of your business.
Training: Ongoing training to help you build your business and better serve your clients.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check (no felonies)
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
Must reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring and licensing process
Must be 18+ years old (Federal Requirement)
Earning Potential:
Salary Range: $36,000 - $125,000 per year (based on performance and commissions)
Unlimited Earning Potential: You'll earn commissions based on production, with additional bonuses and opportunities for profit sharing.
