Who You Are:

• You have 4+ years of relevant Product Design experience
• You possess strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, with a portfolio that spans both desktop and mobile platforms.
• You bring a product mindset and excel at understanding user problems and crafting intuitive, elegant solutions.
• You have a proven track record of working within a product team to successfully ship products that users love.
• You’re experienced in collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• You are a Figma expert and a quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and methodologies as needed.
• You approach design with a low ego, love collaborating with cross-functional teams, and are always open to new ideas and feedback.

What the Job Involves:

• As a Product Designer at PorchPass, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our products, delivering exceptional user experiences.
• You will own the entire user journey from ideation through to prototyping, user testing, and final production.
• You will work closely with Design leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to bring your designs to life.
• You’ll design both web and mobile experiences that are simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.
• You’ll consider all aspects of the experience, from copy and interaction to animations and business impact, ensuring every detail supports the overall product vision.
• You will contribute to and help elevate our design systems across our various products, promoting consistency and scalability.
• You’ll participate in regular design critiques, giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve and refine your designs.
