Job Description

*Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient | Up to $50/hr*

Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist looking to gain hands-on outpatient experience? This role offers a structured schedule, guaranteed hours, and mentorship opportunities to help you grow your skills in an orthopedic setting.

You'll work directly with patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, developing treatment plans and gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

*What You’ll Do*
* Treat 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
* Provide individualized therapy plans in an outpatient setting—no floating required.
* Manage follow-up visits with occasional double booking.
* Work collaboratively with physicians and care teams to ensure patient progress.

*What You’ll Bring*
* Active Occupational Therapy license (state-specific).
* No prior outpatient experience required—perfect for newly licensed OTs eager to gain experience.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with prior OT approval.
