Occupational Therapist (OT) – $45-50/hr (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team! This role provides occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop patient-centered therapy programs.
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises.
Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and set short-term and long-term goals.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
