Job Description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has an opening in June 2025 for a Legal Secretary/Assistant in its Boston office. This is a full-time position for a two-year commitment. Ideal candidates should be a recent college graduate who intends to apply to law school.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Computer skills, particularly experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, Filesite, and iManage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; as well as close attention to detail.
• Candidates should also be comfortable multi-tasking in a team-structured setting.
• Work independently on pleadings, discovery and motion preparation, document review, case management research and trial support.
• Oversee the entry, billing and client reports.
• Experience with Chrome River, Intapp and LBMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Powerpoint, CompuLaw and trial presentation software is a plus.
• Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, efiling and filing procedures is a plus.
