Columbia NW is hiring for a Customer Service Representative . Serving the Scappoose and Portland Metro area with its heating and air conditioning needs for over 30 years, we’re looking for you to join our team!
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Scapoose, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Compensation: $18 - $22 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Employment Type: Full Time
Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The CSR will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and dispatching technicians. They will handle customer inquiries and provide updates to both the technician and customer. Documentation of orders in multiple systems, monitor GPS tracking as well as the technician’s workload throughout the day.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answer phones (primary customer contact)
Service and monitor the dispatch board
Record, report and prioritize service calls
Dispatch the service technicians
Keep customers informed as to the technician’s progress as it pertains to their service call
Provide work order reports and quotes to the customers in a timely manner
Analyze and solve issues impacting the technicians and customers during the process
Partner with the technicians to ensure excellent customer service
Prioritize the next day’s schedule
Front desk coverage
Other duties as needed.
