Job Description
Our client, the premier association representing investor-owned electric companies, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a four-week temporary assignment to assist with the digitization and organization of personnel files. This is an on-site project aimed at preparing records for archiving with Iron Mountain.
salary: $23 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Digitize, organize, and archive personnel files accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and scan documents for electronic storage.
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols during file handling.
- Update and maintain records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), such as Paycom.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the archiving process.
Qualifications - Previous experience working with personnel files, including scanning, organizing, and archiving.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
