About the Role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be part of a small, dynamic team driving the development of cutting-edge AI tools designed to transform how businesses operate. This is a unique chance to shape the technical foundation of a growing company, working directly with the founding team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications to support agentic AI solutions.
• Experimenting with and integrating the latest AI advancements and tools.
• Collaborating with the team to prototype and launch innovative features.
• Solving complex technical challenges with creativity and attention to detail.
• Contributing to the product vision, technical strategy, and architecture.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a “hacker” mentality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to work hands-on across the stack to create impactful solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Python/Flask (strong Python experience required)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or interest in AI innovation is a bonus.
