**Responsibilities**
***The position will involve traveling to multiple sites as needed.**
**Job Summary / Purpose**
Responsible for maintenance of health records on all employees/clients screened at events. Promotes Employee health, wellness and safety through a variety of programs, pamphlets and special events throughout the year. Provides individual education/counseling. Actions are in accordance with the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
+ _Conducts/coordinates health screens on new employees/clients._
+ _Administers TB testing (as needed) to all employees/clients according to state regulation and hospital policy._
+ _Provides immunization program to employees/clients per Employee Health and Wellness policy._
+ _Evaluates employees/clients in need of health services and arranges for appropriate treatment or referral._
+ _Collaborates on activities to promote and/or maintain employee/client health._
+ _Maintains confidentiality of information of the Human Resources Department._
+ _Contributes to the efficient operation of the Human Resources Department._
+ _Demonstrates commitment to professional competence and strives for professional growth._
+ _Assists in delivering high quality health care services in a professional, compassionate, and courteous manner while respecting the dignity and individuality of each person who comes in contact with the organization by following the Standards of Excellence, the Standards of Behavior, and the Standards of Professional Appearance and Conduct._
+ _Knowledge and performance of the Code of Conduct Standards._
+ _Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served._

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience**
Associates degree or diploma in nursing is required
**Required Licensure and Certifications**
Licensed Nurse in State of Kentucky
CPR with the American Heart Association required (CPR:BLS)
**Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training**
Minimum of two years of nursing experience in Occupational Medicine, physician office, clinic, or hospital.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience in emergency room or critical care preferred.
**Pay Range**
$25.18 - $36.52 /hour
