Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Flexible Shifts

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay: 27.72 −39.60/hour (based on experience)

• 5+ years: $33/hour

• 10+ years: $36.30/hour

• 15+ years: $39.60/hour

Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate and timely care to patients of all ages.

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to critical illnesses.

• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and provide necessary referrals.

Who You Are:

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required.

• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma.

• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate (or ability to obtain before starting).

• Certifications:

  • BLS required before start.

  • ACLS & PALS required within 90 days of hire.

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days of hire.
