We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Member Service Representative opportunity with a Credit Union where youll join a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact on members' lives while thriving in a supportive, fun-loving environment. The Member Service Representative responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Process financial transactions for credit union members.



• Establish rapport and offer other credit union services.



• Provide excellent member-service.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• 1-year prior experience in cash handling in a financial institution.



• Prior job titles might be Teller, MSR, Member Service Rep, or Customer Service Rep.



• Symitar system experience.



• HS diploma or GED.

Pay Rate Range : $16.00- $21.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
