BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Compliance/Onboarding Associate in our Monroeville, PA Adult Nursing Office . The HealthCare Associate will:

• Oversee compliance for 150+ field staff
• Oversee and work collaboratively with CRN team to ensure all NHTs move through the hiring process and our scheduled for orientation
• Manage operations portion of orientation
• Assist with client services and operations duties as needed; providing customer service, scheduling, etc
• Tracking and management of Excel spreadsheets

Qualifications:

• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
