Responsibilities The Clinical Informatics Director provides leadership and guidance to business and technology partners, creating strategic alignment within the assigned ministry and the technology requirements of the enterprise. Recommends solutions and service offerings to meet strategic market needs. Influences ministry strategy for new and existing programs and systems. Brokers prioritization and delivery commitment based on capacity and business value. Oversees activities and resources for assigned ministry. Business Relationship Management Exceptional interpersonal skills and a record of building trust-based relationships with clinical leaders. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus on priorities. Deep understanding of technology trends and capabilities. Experience developing requirements, workflows, test plans, and strategies. Demonstrated Value Delivery Track record of successfully implementing large-scale technology solutions while minimizing disruption. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Collaborative Partner/Relationship Manager Be a consultative partner to clinical leaders in the market on transformation of clinical patient care. Partner with Quality team to develop strategies for quality improvement. Develop roadmaps for standardized clinical content. Clinical Innovation Partner to bring innovative ideas and clinical findings to patient care. Promote new workflows and methods to improve clinical processes. Leverage data to inform and improve outcomes. Clinical Transformation Ensure optimal benefits of system IT investments through adoption and optimization of information and technology. Acts as a change leader by mobilizing and facilitating change. Initiate and lead teams through change. Requirements Education: High School diploma with 5 years of job-specific experience (2 years in leadership) OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of job-specific experience (2 years in leadership). Additional Preferences Clear communicator; ability to adjust style for varied audiences. Proactive thought leader. Tactical and strategic skills in clinical informatics. Licensed Registered Nurse preferred. EHR (EPIC and Cerner) knowledge preferred.
