About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the strategic planning and implementation of information technology systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This senior leadership role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, overseeing the design and maintenance of IT infrastructure, leading data management and governance, driving digital transformation, and managing a comprehensive cybersecurity program. The CIO will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing IT team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the company's IT operations are in compliance with relevant regulations. Applicants for the CIO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT industry or data management, with at least 7 years in IT management or leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic and architectural planning for enterprise applications, as well as experience in supporting M&A activities and post-acquisition IT integration. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, and a Master's degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, and must be on-site, with no remote work option available.
