About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their established IT team. The CIO will be responsible for directing all aspects of IT, including intake and demand management, cybersecurity, software engineering, data analytics, AI/ML development, architecture governance, cloud and on-prem infrastructures, networks, vendor and budget management, helpdesk, telephony and WFM systems, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in information systems (Master's preferred), a minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive IT role, and at least 2 years in the security industry. Experience with Salesforce and call center technology, particularly in the areas of sales, service, field service lightning, CPQ, communities, marketing cloud, and commerce cloud, is also required. Strong experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a must. The successful CIO will be a strategic leader, driving the company's IT vision and ensuring that the IT strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. They will be tasked with overseeing a diverse range of IT functions, from technical to managerial, and must be adept at managing a team, projects, and budgets. The role demands a proactive individual with a proven track record in IT management, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to keep pace with technological advancements. The CIO will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
