Job Requirements

Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist

Location: Onsite, San Antonio, Texas
Pay: $15 per hour (with shift differentials up to $1.50/hour)
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, for 3 weeks

Start Date: February 10th

Duration: Temporary to Hire

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: $15 per hour, with shift differentials:
    • $1.50/hour for shifts Monday through Sunday, 6 pm to 6 am
    • $1.00/hour for shifts Saturday and Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm
  • Structured Training: Comprehensive 3-week training, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, to set you up for success.
  • Breaks Included: Enjoy a one-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks during your shift.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with their debit accounts.
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Offer product recommendations that best suit customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and world-class customer service.
  • Accept and implement coaching to improve individual performance.
  • Accurately document interactions and follow processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of six months in customer service, either in-person or via phone.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute; preference for candidates who meet 30 WPM and 70% minimum internet testing if computer experience is indicated on the resume.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background Check: A cleared criminal background check is mandatory to start.
  • Key Skills: Strong telephone manner, excellent listening skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and the capability to work under pressure in a team environment.
