SalesBizLab  We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, providing excellent service and support to our valued clients. As a key player in our call center, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
• Provide customers with product and service information to assist in decision-making
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally within a call center
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple calls
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
