We are seeking a motivated and organized Loan Processor Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company.

The primary responsibility of the Loan Processor Assistant is to support our loan processors in communicating with clients and gathering necessary documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth communication and ensuring files are complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients daily through scheduled calls and text messages.
• Obtain and organize required documentation from clients.
• Fill out forms and retrieve invoices for loan files.
• Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in maintaining well-organized and complete client files.
• Perform additional tasks to support the loan processing team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (this is a must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Persistent and proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
