Position Profile: Registered Behavioral Technician

We are hiring for Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT). As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Our focus is on important areas like communication, social and play skills, and behavior reduction, such as decreasing tantrums. Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to individuals based on their specific needs.
• Utilize strategies to teach new skills and promote positive behavior.
• Collect data on progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to therapy.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required, and be at least 18 years of age.
• Playful and passionate about children's growth and learning.
• Patient and eager to learn a new skill.
• Interest in education, psychology, or other social sciences.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
